Shipping

Every piece I sell is handmade in my workshop in Lilburn, Georgia, and it ships from here too. Thank you for supporting a small handmade shop.

Processing time
Your order ships within 3 business days of the time you place it. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. This applies to engraved and personalized items too.

Carriers
I ship with USPS or FedEx, whichever is best for your package and address. Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you live, so I can't promise a delivery date, but I will always get your order out the door quickly.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. Orders within the United States over $250 ship free. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping outside the United States
I ship internationally. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Please check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, I will contact you to arrange sending it again, and the extra shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged
Each piece is packed carefully, but sometimes things happen in transit. If something arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery at asjodin_wood@hotmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. I will repair, replace, or refund it. Please keep the box until we have sorted it out.

Holiday orders
To have your order ship in time for the holidays, please order by December 22. Orders placed after that date will still ship within 3 business days, but I can't promise they will arrive before the holidays. International orders usually take longer, so please order earlier.
