Handmade Walnut Jewelry Box (10"x6.5"x4.5"): Blue Fabric

Handmade jewelry box made from Walnut with internal dividers and tray made from Maple wood with blue fabric covering. Two removable ring/earring organizers are included. Dovetail joinery is hand-cut using hand saws and chisels, video and pictures from my wood working shop are available in the "About" section and at this link: https://www.etsy.com/shop/PremiumHandmadeWood?ref=seller-platform-mcnav#about The box is sanded to 180grit and finished using Osmo Polyx®-Oil which is a natural plant oil and wax-based finish that is made from sunflower oil, soya oil, thistle oil, carnauba wax, and candelilla wax. The finish produces a natural wood feel to the touch and appearance while at the same time producing an extremely stable and durable finish that will last a lifetime. The finished box is also water repellant. Black Walnut (Juglandaceae) which is the main wood the box is made from is hard and tight-grained. The heartwood is dark brown to chocolate brown. The internal component is made from domestic Maple wood. Optional maple wood inlays and/or monograms are available upon request.
