Handmade Walnut Jewelry Box: Love Birds Inlay - Blue Fabric

Handmade jewelry box with Love Birds inlay made from Walnut with internal dividers and tray made from Maple wood with Blue fabric covering bottom of box and trays. Two removable ring/earring organizers are included. Dovetail joinery is hand-cut using hand saws and chisels, video and pictures from my wood working shop are available in the "About" section and at this link: https://www.etsy.com/shop/PremiumHandmadeWood?ref=seller-platform-mcnav#about The box is sanded to 180grit and finished using Osmo Polyx®-Oil which is a natural plant oil and wax-based finish that is made from sunflower oil, soya oil, thistle oil, carnauba wax, and candelilla wax. The finish produces a natural wood feel to the touch and appearance while at the same time producing an extremely stable and durable finish that will last a lifetime. The finished box is also water repellant. Black Walnut (Juglandaceae) which is the main wood the box is made from is hard and tight-grained. The heartwood is dark brown to chocolate brown. The internal component is made from domestic Maple wood. Optional maple wood inlays and/or monograms are available upon request.
